REY MYSTERIO SUSPENDED FOR 60 DAYS

Yesterday it was announced that Rey Mysterio had been suspended for 60 days due to his violation of the WWE wellness policy, which is a shame cause I always enjoy seeing Rey in in the ring, quite frankly though I don't understand why Rey would violate the policy, I mean I know you want to get back in the ring with fans but to violate the wellness policy just doesn't seem worth it. Fans are beginning to say that because this is Rey's second violation he might be tossed by WWE… now even though its pretty clear Rey will be punished for his violation, I don't think Rey will ever be fired by WWE due to his relationship with Eddie… WWE might stick him in a in a rut, but never fired. In either case I I'll be happy to see Rey back in the the ring.

YES CHANTS VS WHAT CHANTS

Ever since Daniel Bryan won the World Heavyweight Championship and became one of the biggest heels in a long time the word yes as a catchphrase and to my suprise its really begun to catch on so much so that the catchphrase has even drawn comparisons to Stone Cold's What? chants… that alone is a tremendous compliment, but the fact that Stone himself has said how popular the yes chants are, which takes it to the next level. Now when it comes to the yes chants I can see why it's so popular, its always fun to see a crowd react to Daniel Bryan and even sometimes after a match… however when it comparing the two catchphrases I don't think the yes!!! chant will have the same staying power as the what? chant… people are often annoyed at the what? chants now because it's been around for so many years but I just think the chant speaks volumes of Stone Cold's popularity, where as Daniel Bryan's chant will last as long as he chooses to use it. I guess this one of those things where I could be right or wrong I guess only time will tell.

OTUNGA FOR US TITLE???

Now I'm a huge supporter of WWE and if they decide to make a questionable choice I'll always try & find some way to justify that choice but with the recent information being released that David Otunga is being considered for US title run, that's one decision that makes absolutely no sense to me… I mean when Otunga comes to the ring most fans look at their watch wondering when the match is going to be over, at least if Santino has the belt the crowds always seem to have a smile on their face during his matches. 

That's why I really hope WWE doesn't follow through with giving Otunga the US title because it would just turn off so many fans… including myself.

ORTON BACK IN THE TITLE PICTURE

So with the Randy Orton & Kane feud set to end at Extreme Rules it seems as if the writers are interested in getting orton back in the the title picture. Now although I'm a Randy Orton fan & would be glad to see him the title picture again, I can't help but feel bad for Kane because if Orton is meant to go back for the World Heavyweight Title it means he's probably going to win at Extreme Rules which is unfortunate because Kane will most likely go back to being a jobber, or another mid-card wrestler, let's just hope that I've got it all wrong.

UNDERTAKER CONTINUING TO WRESTLE AFTER WRESTLEMAINA 28

At Wrestlmania 28 The Undertaker & Triple H engaged in an epic Hell In A Cell match with The Undertaker going 20-0 at Wrestlmania, after that incredible match some fans, including myself thought it would be The Undertaker's final Wrestlmania appearance, however people within the WWE now feel that The Undertaker looked good at Wrestlemaina 28, enough to work future Wrestlemaina's. Although I would love to see Undertaker work future Wrestlemaina's I really feel that The Undertaker should end his streak at 20-0 its always felt like the perfect way to end The Undertaker's career and aside from that, I really doubt there is anyone left on the roster that can make a match with The Undertaker as compelling as the Hell In a Cell.

ORTON VS KANE

So after their match at Wrestlemaina it seems that the Randy Orton & Kane feud is set to continue into Extreme Rules which I'm glad to see because I believe their Wrestlemaina match didn't get the credit it deserved because it was still overshadowed by the strange 18 second World Heavyweight Title match, I mean people were so disappointed in that match that the crowd wasn't fully able to enjoy Orton & Kane in my opinion… my only problem with this feud is that if jut goes to Extreme Rules I have hard time seeing a special stipulation being put on there match because Orton & Kane have already had a no DQ match on Smackdown. I hope the writers think of something because the Extreme Rules Pay Per View isn't looking that great so far.

CENA VS BROCK

So it should come as no suprise to anyone that after receiving an F5 from Lesnar, John Cena & Brock Lesnar now have a match at Extreme Rules. Now what makes this match so interesting for me is not the storyline, but the fact that Lesnar is returning to a WWE ring after so many years although from what's happened recently I think that Lesnar just needs to learn how to throw a proper WWE punch other then then that its tough to judge Brock because he's just been doing run-ins thats why I'm so into this match.

 Regardless of what happens it has also been fun to watch how the crowd reacts to Brock in Miami there were so glad to have Brock back in WWE but last week on Raw it seemed to be a very pro-Cena crowd… when it comes to Extreme Rules as which is in Chicago their last PPV, Money in the Bank was an extremely anti-Cena crowd so it should be fun to watch.

So far it looks like bringing Brock back was the best thing the WWE could have done.

BROCK VS ROCK WRESTLEMAINA 29

With both Brock Lesnar & The Rock both signing new 1 year contracts with WWE that run up until Wrestlemaina 29 it would seem that the company is intent on having a Brock VS Rock rematch for the WWE Championship at Wrestlemaina 29, which I am all for. Now there are some fans that are saying that if this true its unfair to the superstars who work for the company day in & day out, & that statement is probably true but I'll tell you why I l like this idea so much... Because it's making those who want The Attitude Era back somewhat satisfied about wrestling again. As for me, As I said before I'm happy they brought Brock back it's too bad though how it's clear he's doing it for the money given the fact the contract he signed was worth 5 million dollars,  I don't think even The Rock gets that much for a year, & to go to those lengths just to make Attitude Era fans happy does seem a bit ridiculous.

Whatever the case may be when it comes to Wrestlemaina 29 it should be fun to watch now that Brock & Rock now that they are locked up for a year.

WRESTLEMAINA 28 AFTERMATH

On the day after what was a pretty damn good Wrestlemaina in my opinion... Monday night raw had one of the wildest crowds, the type of crowd I haven't seen since the attitude era, that crowd reminded me why I love wrestling. First things first when The Rock said that he intends to be WWE Champion one day again I was stunned.. But I would love to see that happen. When it comes to the fans their clearly going to need convincing that The Rock truly does intend to to stick around.

 Now as for Daniel Bryan and his 18 second loss to Sheamus I believe because Daniel Bryan lost so quickly many fans including myself felt cheated and therefor Daniel Will become an unintentional face.

 Finally there is the return of Brock Lesnar, now I couldn't be happier to have Brock back in the WWE but obviously not every fan is going to welcome him back with open arms, I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens.

WRESTLEMAINA 28 THOUGHTS & PREDICTIONS

Well here we are the Wrestlemaina 28 home stretch and I could not be more excited... I haven't been this excited for a Wrestlemaina in a long time maybe since the 90's but the reason is because of the END OF ERA match between Triple H & The Undertaker... Now I don't think anyone was surprised by the fact that Shawn Michaels was made the special referee for this match what's really surprised everyone was the the fact that the match will be contested inside Hell In a Cell I think that fans no matter what era are aware of the history behind the hell in a cell with the Undertaker & Triple H which is what makes this so intriguing which is why this going to be my storyline match of the night... I really hope & do believe that The Undertaker will go 20-0 at Wrestlemaina.

 As far as best wrestling match of the night as well as best match of the night, the clear winner for me is CM Punk VS Chris Jerhico for the WWE Championship. Now what I like about this match is that the championship seems secondary given that the writers have decided to make this match seem much more personal & I know as far as good quality match goes CM Punk & Jerhico can deliver. It's tough for me say who's going to win that match because Punk is such a fan favourite and helps make money, on the other hand this is Jerhico's first big match since his return and I doubt they want to make Jerhico look too bad, but I had to guess I'd say that CM Punk was going to win, after all the feud can & I think will continue after Wrestlemaina.

 My choice for the worst match of Wrestlemaina would have to be the 12-man tag team match for GM control over both shows, it's not that the match itself is a bad idea it's that the match is filled with so many mid-level talents its hard for me get excited about that match, which is why I was so suprised it got so much build-up, however it cool to see Booker T in there for the Smackdown team, however I think the winner of the tag match will be team Raw. I could care less though.

 Finally we come to the main event.. John Cena VS The Rock this has been one of the interesting build-ups for a Wrestlemaina main event I have ever seen not only because of the fact that the match has been building for a year, but also because most of build-up has been over websites Facebook & Twitter which has never been done before, now in terms of the build-up for this match I do agree with some fans when they say the build-up could have been better but I am satisfied with the build up. As for the winner of the match I am sorry do say that John Cena will win this match, it would simply be bad for business if Cena lost.

As I said before I couldn't be more excited for Wrestlmania and I can't wait to see how it all unfolds.

WWE NETWORK

It was announced a while back that WWE will be launching there own new network with original content as well as WWE content from the past their has also been discussions of their own network hosting the companies bigger PPV’S now although I’m a big WWE fan and I do want this network to succeed I’m just not to sure if the network will have the ability to stay on the air I mean thanks to YouTube if any fan wants to see a classic moment they can just search for ii. As for WWE’s original content I can only speak for myself but the only thing that has been revealed is Legends house and I’m not too excited about it. So all and I really question the longevity of the network.

DANIEL BRYAN & THE BIG SHOW

At Tables, Ladders & Chairs 2011 Daniel Bryan decided to cash in his Money In The Bank contract on The Big Show after The Big Show had only been World Champion for only 45 seconds. Now originally I thought because Big Show got the Title taken away from him by Daniel Bryan I was sure that the writers were going to turn The Big Show heel, (which is something I would love to see) but instead the writers have decided to make Daniel Bryan an arrogant champion, thus making him heel. For some reason I can’t dislike Daniel Bryan even though he is getting heat from crowds. During this time The Big Show’s character seems to be getting worse in my opinion. as well, the worst for me had to be when Big Show accidentally ran into a diva this past Friday on Smackdown… now don’t get me wrong I don’t mind that Big Show was upset, it’s just that fact that he cried seemed like a bit much for his character. I miss the old Big Show that world barely talk and dominate in the ring. The bottom line is I hope they end this feud soon and do change both characters for the better because I am not a fan.

BRODUS CLAY DEBUT

So after weeks of hype and promos Brodus Clay finally debuted on Raw this Monday and instead of debuting like a no nonsense unstoppable force, he debuts as a 70’s disco character in what seemed like a cheap and painful to watch rip off of the godfather from back in the day… Brodus has wrestling skills there is no doubt about that I just hope whoever came up with this awful gimmick quickly decides to drop it even if it was all supposed be a joke.

WADE BARRETT

With Wade Barret’s recent feud against Randy Orton, Wade Barret has been able to show that he belongs in the main event picture, which I’m really happy to see for Wade because once The Nexus and The Corre disbanded I was worried that the WWE would keep Wade stuck as a mid-card wrestler until the company decided they had no more use for him and finally fired him. As this feud runs its course, sure Randy Orton may win the last match of the feud but I wouldn’t be surprised to see Wade Barret as a future champion

Y2J RETURNS

So as it turns out the it begins promos were for Y2J after all and although I am slightly disappointed in the return not because he didn’t say a word its because his promos didn’t really make any sense but i'm sure it will be explained in the coming weeks, now a lot of people are complaining about Jericho return because the when Jericho did make his return all the hype wasn’t worth him running all around being glad to be back. I however thought his return was a pretty smart one, because of the fact he ran around the ring & didn’t say a word may have been a sign of a heel Chris Jericho and there has been rumours of CM Punk VS Jericho for ages. The bottom line is heel or face i'm just glad to have Jericho back in WWE.
